Travel Itinerary

First Day - The National Park of Tarangire

At 8:00am, we will collect you from your hotel and transport you to an exceptional national park! Tarangire National Park is renowned for its diverse terrain containing nine distinct vegetation regions. The park is especially celebrated for its multitude of ancient baobab trees (the largest trees on the continent), which dominate the scenery and tower over the animals nearby. The park's river is a symbol of the area, and it teems with wildlife, from a wide array of birds to lions, leopards, zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, antelopes, and, naturally, elephants. Notably, the park hosts the highest concentration of elephants in the entire country and offers unique opportunities to witness the dynamics within elephant herds. The lunch spot is captivating, featuring a viewpoint with stunning vistas of the river and wildlife (with a good chance of witnessing a hunt while enjoying your meal). Following lunch, we will embark on an afternoon game drive before heading towards your accommodation.

The Second Day - From Mto wa Mbu to Serengeti National Park

Embark on an early morning adventure following breakfast as we begin our journey towards Central Serengeti, driving through the scenic Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Upon reaching our destination, we will enjoy a picnic lunch with fellow travelers before setting out for an exciting afternoon and sunset safari. As the day comes to a close, you will be transported back to the campsite for a delicious dinner and a restful night's sleep. If you desire a more luxurious lodging experience, feel free to let us know, and we will be happy to help arrange an upgrade for you.

The Third Day - The National Park of Serengeti

Begin your day by witnessing the breathtaking sunrise, followed by a hearty breakfast before embarking on a thrilling game drive until midday. Prepare to be captivated by the vast savannah teeming with acacia trees, diverse bird species, various mammals, and majestic big cats. The Serengeti is renowned for hosting the annual Great Migration, a spectacular event where millions of wildebeest, hundreds of thousands of zebras, and numerous antelope species, such as impalas and Thomson's gazelles, migrate through the region towards the Masai Mara. This area is a prime location to spot hyenas and iconic big cats like lions, cheetahs, and leopards. Countless famous river crossing scenes featured in television documentaries have been filmed within this park.

The Fourth Day - From Serengeti to Ngorongoro: Exploring Tanzania's Stunning National Parks

Begin your morning by watching the sunrise, followed by a hearty breakfast. Enjoy a game drive until midday, then head towards the stunning Ngorongoro Crater in the afternoon. Your day will conclude with a delicious dinner and spending the night at the Ngorongoro Simba Campsite.

The Fifth Day - The Crater of Ngorongoro

This morning, we are planning to start our day bright and early by enjoying a hearty breakfast before embarking on a thrilling adventure into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater. Renowned as the largest unbroken caldera globally, this natural wonder is teeming with an estimated 30,000 majestic large mammals. The crater's unique geography ensures a rich diversity of wildlife thrives within its confines, offering superb opportunities to spot iconic species such as the Big Five, hyenas, zebras, and elephants among others.

The Sixth Day - Arusha's Lake Manyara National Park

Our plan for today involves a visit to Lake Manyara National Park. This park is famous for its stunning vistas, cascading waterfalls, serene streams with transparent water, and geothermal springs. Throughout the day, we will embark on a safari drive in Manyara, and for those interested in walking, there is an option to participate in a two-hour guided walking tour. During the walking safari, you can observe giraffes, buffaloes, and various other wildlife from a safe distance. Later in the day, we will journey back to Arusha, reaching our destination before dinner time.

The Seventh Day - Exploring Materuni: Waterfalls and Coffee Experience

Following your morning meal, embark on a scenic drive towards Materuni Village, nestled near the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro, which will take approximately two hours. Upon arrival, you will set off on a trek to the renowned waterfalls. Subsequently, indulge in a traditional lunch spread before immersing yourself in the rich history of the Chagga community, indigenous to the Kilimanjaro Region. Engage in an informative session on coffee cultivation and processing. Finally, conclude your day with a transfer either to the airport or Arusha for your departure.
