Travel Itinerary

The first day - Journey from Arusha to the Splendors of Tarangire National Park

Following your morning meal, you will be collected from your accommodation and transported to Tarangire National Park in Tanzania, which is the country's third-largest national park and home to a remarkably large elephant population. One of the park's notable attractions is the majestic baobab trees that tower over the animals grazing beneath them. The Tarangire River is a focal point for wildlife, as it is the primary source of water in the region. The park boasts a rich variety of animals, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, and up to six thousand elephants. Bird enthusiasts will also be delighted as the park is teeming with over 300 bird species. Your lodging will be situated just outside the park boundaries.

The Second Day - From Mto wa Mbu to Serengeti National Park

Following your morning meal, you will set off towards Serengeti National Park on a thrilling game drive in search of majestic predators and the peaceful herbivores they rely on for sustenance. We will continue our journey and make a stop for a delicious lunch at the Naabi Hill gate of Serengeti National Park. Following our meal, we will raise the vehicle's roof for an exciting game drive as we make our way to the campsite for dinner and your overnight accommodation. Additionally, there is an optional opportunity to explore approximately four Maasai villages en route to Serengeti, where you can immerse yourself in the Maasai culture for an additional fee if you wish.

The Third Day - From the Serengeti National Park to the Ngorongoro Crater

Following breakfast, the day will kick off with a sunrise adventure through the vast plains of the Serengeti, complete with a delightful picnic lunch. As the day progresses, the journey will continue towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area where you will settle in for the night. En route to the Naabi Hill gate, there will be another exciting game drive experience, culminating in a relaxing lunch stop at the gate before heading onwards to Ngorongoro.

The Fourth Day - The Crater of Ngorongoro

Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater to embark on a thrilling game drive that will take you through the short-grass plains and along the shores of Lake Magadi on the crater floor. This dormant volcano spans over 100 square miles and is teeming with a diverse array of wildlife, including lions, leopards, rhinos, elephants, buffalos, hippos, and more. With some luck, you might even catch a glimpse of the elusive black rhino. After your exploration, ascend back to the rim and make your way to the camp where you will spend the night, soaking in the stunning sights of the Ngorongoro Crater.

The Fifth Day - Exploring the Scenic Beauty of Manyara Lake National Park in Arusha

Your journey will take you to Lake Manyara National Park located in the picturesque Great Rift Valley. Following a delightful picnic amidst the diverse birdlife, elephants, and hippos that call the park home, we will embark on an afternoon safari drive. As the day progresses, we will then escort you to Arusha and assist with checking in at your chosen hotel.
