These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all safari bookings, services, and interactions with Mambaskincamps (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking a tour, using our services, or making any payment, you agree to comply with these Terms.


1. Booking & Payment

  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm any booking unless full payment is made upfront.
  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to the safari departure date.
  • Failure to settle the full balance on time may result in automatic cancellation with no refund.

2. What’s Included in Your Safari

Unless otherwise stated, our packages generally include:

  • Accommodation as outlined in your itinerary
  • Entry fees for national parks and reserves
  • Ground transportation during the safari
  • Services of licensed and experienced safari guides
  • Meals and drinks as detailed in your booking confirmation

3. What’s Not Included

The following are not included unless explicitly mentioned:

  • International or local airfare
  • Visa fees or border charges
  • Personal travel insurance
  • Tips, souvenirs, and personal purchases
  • Optional excursions not listed in the confirmed itinerary

4. Cancellations & Booking Changes

  • All bookings are final and non-refundable, as per our Refund Policy.
  • No refunds will be made for no-shows, early departures, or missed activities.
  • Changes requested more than 30 days before departure may incur a fee of TZS 350,000 (approx. $150 USD) and are subject to availability.

5. Force Majeure

Mambaskincamps shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations due to uncontrollable events, including:

  • Natural disasters (flooding, drought, earthquakes, etc.)
  • Government actions or civil unrest
  • Epidemics or health emergencies
  • Airline strikes or transport disruptions
  • Denied entry at borders or visa issues

In such cases, a credit voucher valid for 6 months may be issued, depending on rebooking availability.


6. Travel Documents & Insurance

  • Clients are responsible for securing valid passports, visas, and health certificates (e.g. Yellow Fever).
  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes coverage for medical emergencies, cancellations, and evacuations.

7. Health & Safety

  • Clients must ensure they are physically fit for safari travel.
  • Any health conditions, allergies, or dietary needs must be disclosed during booking so necessary arrangements can be made.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Mambaskincamps acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party providers (lodges, transport, airlines, etc.).
  • We are not liable for injury, delay, loss, or damages caused by third-party actions or failures.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking.

9. Guest Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any guest without refund if they:

  • Exhibit disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior
  • Violate Tanzanian laws or park regulations
  • Endanger wildlife, staff, or fellow guests

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including branding, images, and text—is owned by Mambaskincamps and may not be used or copied without written permission.


11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes will be subject to Tanzanian courts.
